I am a psychologist and counsellor with over 15 years experience.  I work with a wide range of individuals in an emotion-focused, holistic way to understand each person's unique circumstances and support them in achieving their goals.

Empowering Your Mental Health

Individual Therapy

Combining emotion-focused therapy with cognitive behavioural approaches, individual therapy sessions are designed to help clients navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Our evidence-based therapies help clients build resiliency, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve their goals.  

Teletherapy

Our teletherapy sessions allow clients to receive quality mental health care from the comfort and convenience of their own location. We utilise a secure and easy-to-use platform to provide clients with a safe and confidential space to discuss their concerns and work towards their goals.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Our mindfulness-based therapy sessions help clients develop a more mindful and compassionate relationship with themselves and others. We utilise mindfulness-based techniques as appropriate to help clients reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate greater self-awareness and acceptance.
